SHIPPING

Pullers Direct will ship UPS ground or the best way for your order. Shipping will be a flat rate based on the total amount of the order.

International Shipping Charges

The shipping charge displayed upon checkout for international orders is an estimate and will be adjusted to reflect actual shipping charges and additional charges on heavier or large package orders as sometimes the postal service charges more for these packages. The customer will be contacted with the actual shipping charges before the payment is processed and the order is shipped.

Note that when you receive your package that the postage amount on it is not the total cost of shipping and may be less than what you were charged. The reason for this is that it does not include handling charges. The US Postal Service requires international packages to be delivered to the post office and cannot be picked up by the daily postal pickup. Due to this, we have additional charges to have these packages delivered to the post office.

International Delivery Times:

Our standard international shipping method is via the U.S. Postal Service or in some cases United Parcel Service (UPS). Typically a package should be received within 7 - 14 business days after shipped.

Occasionally, your local officials may hold a package for an extended period of time before contacting you. We have no control over this. You should contact your local Customs or Postal Service if the package appears delayed, as most overseas postal services do not provide tracking information back to the US Postal Service.

We can provide a separate quote for UPS express shipping which will be much higher than airmail but is traceable and will get your package to you much faster.

Note that on returns to us in case the package is rejected by your customs or not delivered, we are charged shipping a second time to ship it back to us, which will be deducted from any refund to you.

Orders outside of USA - additional information:

We usually have very little problems with customs, but if the product you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to us, we will refund the amount of the product purchase minus the shipping and restocking charges once the package is received back by us in resalable condition. We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items, so you should check with your local Customs office to be certain that you can receive the products you ordered.

Your local officials may charge you a fee or tax upon pickup of the product, which is not included in our price or shipping.

RETURNS

All member merchandise is warranted one year for materials and workmanship. Fair wear and tear and misuse excluded. Just return pre-paid with original sales receipt to Pullers Direct, 925 Ball Street, Sidney, NE 69162.
