Just got mine ups today and had my rv man install it for me. Had a little trouble with the provided screws to secure the plates on the tailgate,(the threads stripped when trying to screw them in) so Brian used a little heavier duty self-tapping screw which worked out fine.
I really like the step,and it does make it so much easier to get into the back of the truck!
I would highly recommend it.
